Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies based on the number of eligible applicants.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be currently enrolled at or planning to attend Columbia College of Missouri.
  3. Must be an ROTC Scholarship recipient.
  4. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  5. Must be an incoming freshman or transfer student, or a currently enrolled undergraduate student.
  6. Must enroll as a full-time student.
  7. Must attend college in Missouri.

Description: This award is for U.S. students who are currently enrolled at or planning to attend Columbia College of Missouri. The student must be a recipient of an ROTC scholarship.

Additional Information: This award is only available to full-time undergraduate Day Campus students. Institutional scholarships apply to tuition only; combinations of scholarships and external assistance cannot exceed tuition or apply to other charges unless otherwise specified. Detailed information regarding terms and conditions of scholarships and renewal criteria is available in the "Scholarships, Awards, and Grants" section of the appropriate academic catalog for the student's status.

Award Amount: The award pays for the room cost at Columbia College. The award is renewable for up to three additional years with completion of the institutional aid application and documentation of participation in ROTC.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $154,500.

Scholarship information is available on the Columbia College of Missouri website. To be considered for a scholarship, new students should submit a resume to the Office of Admissions using the contact information listed. Currently enrolled students should submit an application for institutional aid, which is available via the CougarTrack online system in the Financial Aid section. The priority deadline to submit financial aid paperwork is February 1 annually for the academic year beginning in August. Students submitting documentation after February 1 will be reviewed in the order received.
