Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be of Hispanic heritage.
  2. Must reside in Texas, or attend a college/university in Texas.
  3. This award is for U.S. and international students.
  4. Must be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school at the time of application.
  5. Must reside in one of the following Texas counties: Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, Caldwell, Haye, Blanco, or Burnet.

Additional Information: The Hispanic Scholarship Consortium provides scholarships to Central Texas Hispanic students and offers a network of support that mentors and empowers scholars to graduate from college as workforce-ready leaders who are empowered and engaged in the community. This scholarship is provided by the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin Charitable Foundation.

Award Amount: $2,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
