Award Amount

Up to $2,000 annually. Awards are automatically renewable. Undergraduate students may renew for a maximum of eight semesters (twelve quarters) over a period of no more than six consecutive years, or until receipt of a baccalaureate degree, whichever occurs first (or ten semesters or fifteen quarters for students in five-year programs). Graduate students may renew for a maximum of four semesters or six quarters. In order to renew, students must have earned a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, continue to be enrolled full time, and continue to demonstrate $2,000 or more in financial need.

Recipients

The number of awards offered varies annually based on the number of qualified applicants and available funding. In the 2014-2015 academic year, there were 10 initial awards disbursed.
