Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must plan to attend Florida State College at Jacksonville.
  3. Must be female.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.
  5. Must have no dependents at the time of application.
  6. Must be a resident of Duval or Nassau Counties in Florida.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available for female high school seniors residing in Duval or Nassau Counties in Florida. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher, must plan to attend Florida State College at Jacksonville, and must not have any dependents at the time of application.

Application requirements for the Touch Tomorrow Scholarship for Young Women are:

Additional Information: The student must have no dependents at time of application.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable. The award will be disbursed in two equal installments: the first in the fall term, the second in the spring term.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications and information about this award are available on the Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) website at the address provided. To be considered for this award, students must complete the online scholarship application form. The form can be accessed through the student's web account by clicking on the 'Scholarships' link in the right side of his/her homepage. In addition to the application, students must submit two letters of recommendation and responses to the supplemental questions. Students must also file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by the deadline date. The FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov, at high school guidance offices, and at college financial aid offices. All applications must be completed online by the deadline date to ensure consideration for the upcoming semester.
