Description: MSA National is a non-profit organization that strives to facilitate networking, educating, and empowering the students of today to be citizens of tomorrow’s community. To achieve these goals, MSA National organizes dozens of events and programs annually. The Naziruddin Ali Award honors its namesake. Learn more and apply today!

Additional Information: The MSA National Scholarships will be given to students exhibiting a strong commitment to Islamic activism, involvement in their MSA or local equivalent Islamic organization, concern for the American Muslim community, and outstanding academic goals and achievements. They are looking for individuals who embody the qualities that Naziruddin Ali and Dr. Ilyas Ba-Yunus exhibited in their own lives and work: dedication to Islamic activism in North America, and excellence in educational and career achievements as a means for advancement of the community at large.

Award Amount: The winner of the Naziruddin Ali Award For Excellence will receive One award for $2,000 and one for $1,000.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.
