In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must plan to attend Hillsborough Community College.
  2. Must be a high school senior at the time of application.
  3. Must be African-American.
  4. Must be female.
  5. Must reside in Hillsborough County, Florida.
  6. Must qualify for free or reduced-cost school lunches.
  7. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
  8. This award is for U.S. students.

Additional Information: This scholarship, provided by the local Gamma Theta Omega Chapter, is awarded each year to a female high school senior in Hillsborough County, Florida.
