Number of Awards & Eligibility: Two awards offered annually, one for fall semester and one for spring semester.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
  3. Must be a resident of New Hampshire.
  4. Must be enrolled in his/her second year of college.
  5. Must attend Nashua Community College in New Hampshire.
  6. Must be matriculated in a business-related major.
  7. Must enroll full time.
  8. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher.

Description: This scholarship is open to students in their second year at Nashua Community College in New Hampshire who are matriculated in a business-related major. Applicants must be enrolled full time and have a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.

Application requirements for the Henderson Fund Scholarship are:

Additional Information: Preference may be given to applicants planning to pursue a four-year college degree.

Award Amount: $2,500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,500.

Applications are available on the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) website. In addition to a completed application, each student must submit the following supporting documents: a 'Release Statement Form' (included with the application); college transcript(s) (original or web copy); a one-page cover letter explaining why this scholarship would give the student a college opportunity he/she would not otherwise have; and a digital photograph (optional). Applications may be mailed or emailed using the contact information provided, and must be submitted by the deadline date.
