Description: The Fielding Law Group Scholarship Contest is available for graduating high school seniors and students who are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Applicants must be planning to pursue a career in law.

Application requirements for the Fielding Law Group Scholarship Contest are:

  • Essay OR Video submission
Additional Information: The Fielding Law Group Scholarship Contest is provided annually to students who wish to pursue a career in law. All submissions will be evaluated for originality, creativity, and overall quality. One winner will be selected and notified shortly after the deadline date and will be asked to provide additional documents proving eligibility. The name, photo, and essay or video of the winning applicant may be published and promoted online and/or in traditional media formats. Students who do not wish for their information to be made public must notify Fielding Law in writing.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Application details and additional information about the Fielding Law Group Scholarship Contest can be found online at the Fielding Law website using the provided links. To be considered for this scholarship award, students must create an original video or write an essay on the topic of why they wish to pursue an education and career in law. Video submissions must be between one and two minutes in length and must be published to Youtube under the title of "Fielding Law Group Scholarship Contest." Videos must also include a link to the scholarship information page within the description. Essays must be between 1,000 and 1,500 words in length. To submit a video, students must share the Youtube link on their personal Facebook page as well as the Fielding Law Facebook page. Essays must be submitted to the listed email address. All submissions must be received no later than the deadline date.
