This scholarship is for licensed radio amateurs under 30 years of age who are residents of and attend college in Mississippi. Students must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in electronics, communications, or related fields.

This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students attending two- or four-year colleges, technical schools, or universities that are licensed radio amateurs. Applicants must submit documents of learning disability (by physician or school) and indications that they are putting forth substantial effort regardless of resulting academic grades.

This award is for a licensed radio amateur who is a resident of and attends college in Georgia or Alabama. The applicant must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher; preference will be given to those studying electronics, communications, or related fields.

This award is for a U.S. and international students who are licensed in amateur radio and majoring in electronics, communications, or a related field. The applicant must reside in the area covered by ARRL Southwestern Division (Arizona, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Santa Barbara sections).

This scholarship is open to international and U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are licensed radio amateurs (general class or higher) majoring in a science, technology, engineering, or math field. Preference is given to applicants attending Arizona State University; if no qualified applicant is identified, the scholarship may be awarded to an applicant enrolled at any accredited graduate school or four-year undergraduate school.
