Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be seeking to enroll in an undergraduate, graduate, or law school program in the United States.
  4. Must be in good academic standing with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Additional Information: The award will be provided to a student who exemplifies the pursuit of a better world through education. The winner will be announced in March or April.

Award Amount: $500 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $500.

Application information is available on the scholarship program website. To apply, each student must submit the following materials: a 500-word letter of intent that identifies a problem and explains how he/she intends to use his/her education as a way to begin solving that problem, creating a brighter future; and a current official transcript from his/her current institution or the institution attended immediately prior. Application materials must be submitted via fax or mail using the contact information provided by the deadline date.
