Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Must be a current undergraduate student attending an accredited institution of higher education and be planning to transfer.
  4. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
  5. Must plan to transfer to Bellarmine University in Kentucky.
  6. Must attend college or university in Kentucky.

Additional Information: Award amounts are determined on an individual basis and celebrate the strength and achievements of each admitted student.

Award Amount: Award amounts vary depending on the grade point average and the amount of credit hours a student has. For the most recent year data is available, scholarships ranged from $11,400-$19,000 annually. The award is renewable for up to three years.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $19,000.

Applications for admission are available online from the Bellarmine University website. There is not a separate application for this award. Students are considered upon admission. In addition to the completed and signed admissions application, each student must submit a $25 application fee (waived if the application is completed online); official transcripts; and ACT/SAT scores (if he/she has completed under 24 credit hours and been out of high school for under five years). The priority deadline to file an application is Feb. 1, but transfer applications are accepted throughout the year.
