Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually and is dependent on funding and the number of qualified applicants.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  3. Must be a graduating high school senior to apply for this freshman year award.
  4. Must plan to attend Concordia College of New York.
  5. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
  6. Must have an SAT score of 1170 or higher OR an ACT score of 24 or higher.
  7. Must attend a college or university in New York.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Additional Information: Concordia is committed to rewarding students who exhibit high academic achievement.

Award Amount: $15,000 annually, renewable for up to three additional years.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $60,000.

Applications for admission are available online from the Concordia College of New York website. There is not a separate application for this award. The student will be automatically considered upon admission. In addition to the completed application, the student must submit a $50 application fee, official high school transcript, SAT/ACT scores, and a personal statement. For priority scholarship consideration, applications and supporting materials must be submitted by the deadline date.
