In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
  3. This award is for U.S. students.
  4. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.

Description: This scholarship is available for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. To apply, applicants must submit a short personal statement about personal and professional goals, and an essay about how creativity and problem solving can help to achieve those goals.

Additional Information: Creative Safety Supply was founded to provide the best industrial safety products for businesses so they can improve the safety and efficiency of their facilities. An independent selection committee will evaluate and choose a winner based on the materials listed above. Winners will be notified of the committee’s decision by January 30. The award will be paid to the recipient’s school in accordance with that school’s scholarship guidelines.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications and information about this scholarship can be found online at the Creative Safety Supply website. To apply for this award, students must complete the application form and submit the following supporting documents: a copy of transcripts or an official academic record showing the student's grade point average; a personal statement of between 300 and 500 words describing the applicant's career path and goals; and an essay of between 500 and 750 words that addresses the use of creativity and problem solving in achieving those professional and personal goals. Personal statements and essays should be saved in Word (.doc, .docx) or PDF (.pdf) format. All applications and supporting materials must be submitted as email attachments and sent to the provided address. Submissions must be received no later than the deadline date.
