  2. This award is for U.S. students.
  3. Must be majoring in or planning to major in education.
  4. Must be a high school senior or undergraduate student.
  5. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Additional Information: Dr. Pancholi is providing this scholarship as a way to support students in higher education who plan to pursue a career in teaching. The award is also designed to bring attention to, and partially help to correct the growing teacher shortage in Nevada. Essays will be evaluated by the scholarship committee based on originality and completeness. Recommendations will be reviewed for the student's potential to become a successful educator.

Award Amount: $2,000 annually, non-renewable. Funds may be used for books, tuition, supplies, or on-campus housing costs. Recipients will be responsible for any tax liability that arises as a result of receiving the scholarship award.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.

Applications and additional information about this scholarship are available online at the Pancholi Cosmetic Surgery of Las Vegas website. To be considered for an award, students must complete the application form and all essay/short-answer responses included. Essays may be up to 350 words in length. In addition, students must submit a letter of recommendation that includes updated contact information for the recommender. All applications and letters of recommendation must be saved in PDF (.pdf), Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), or Rich Text (.rtf) format. All applications and supporting documents must be submitted through the online contact form no later than the deadline date.
