Number of Awards & Eligibility: At least one award offered annually, based on available funds.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen.
  3. Must be currently enrolled in an eligible associate's degree program.
  4. Must be enrolled full time.
  5. Must be enrolled in one of the seven Community College System of New Hampshire institutions.
  6. Must be working toward an associate's degree in nursing.
  7. Must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This scholarship is open to full-time students at any of the campuses of the Community College System of New Hampshire who are pursuing associate's degrees in nursing. Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate financial need.

Additional Information: Applicants must have financial need as determined by their financial aid office. Applicants should have filed a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for this determination. The FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $1,000.

Applications are available on the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) website. In addition to a completed application, each student must submit the following supporting documents: a 'Release Statement Form' (included with the application); transcripts (official or unofficial); a one-page cover letter explaining why he/she believes he/she should be awarded the scholarship; and a digital photograph (optional). Applications may be mailed or emailed using the contact information provided by the deadline date.
