Number of Awards & Eligibility: Two awards offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a resident of the U.S. or Canada.
  2. This award is for U.S. and international students.
  3. Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or vocational training program.
  4. Must be majoring in a field related to culinary arts and the hospitality industry.

Description: The TigerChef.com Culinary and Hospitality Scholarship Program is available for U.S. and Canadian students who are currently enrolled in a culinary or hospitality program. Applicants must submit an original essay of between 500 and 600 words describing what inspired them to pursue this career.

Application requirements for the TigerChef.com Culinary and Hospitality Scholarship Program are:

  • Essay
  • Proof of enrollment in a culinary arts or hospitality field
Additional Information: Scholarship award funds must be used for education-related expenses and will be sent directly to the school in the form of a co-payable check written to the financial aid office of the institution attended by the winner. Previous recipients are not eligible to apply in future years.

Award Amount: $1,000 annually, non-renewable.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $2,000.

Application information for the TigerChef.com Culinary and Hospitality Scholarship Program is available online at the provider website using the link provided. Students must also submit proof of enrollment such as an acceptance letter, current transcript, or letter from a program advisor or instructor.
