Number of Awards & Eligibility: Varies, all eligible students will be considered.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be a first-year freshman.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 3.5 (A) or higher.
  3. Must have an SAT combined critical reading/math score of 1270 or higher or an ACT composite score of 29 or higher.
  4. Must plan to enroll full time.
  5. Must be accepted to the University of Indianapolis.
  6. This award is for U.S students.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: This award is available to U.S. high school students who are planning to attend the University of Indianapolis. Students must have a GPA of 3.6 (A) or higher, a combined critical reading/math SAT of 1270 or above or 29 ACT composite, and have completed a strong college preparatory curriculum.

Application requirements for the University of Indianapolis Distinguished Dean’s Scholarships are:

  • Official Transcript
  • Standardized test scores
Additional Information: The University of Indianapolis offers various scholarships and grants to incoming students based on academic achievement and leadership potential. Academic scholarships and grants are awarded to full time students regardless of financial need. Students may only receive one academic award will be awarded the highest award in which they are eligible for. Award selection is based on the student's academic record at the time of admission. In addition to meeting the above requirements, recipients must have completed a challenging college preparatory curriculum.

Award Amount: Award amounts range from $14,500 to $16,500 annually, renewable for three additional years providing the student maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average and continuous full-time enrollment.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $60,000.
