  2. Must be accepted to the University of Indianapolis.
  3. Must plan to enroll full time.
  4. This award is for U.S. students.
  5. Must be the child or grandchild of a University of Indianapolis alumni.

Description: This award is available to U.S. high school seniors who are planning to attend the University of Indianapolis. The student must be the child or grandchild of a University of Indianapolis alumni.

Application requirements for the University of Indianapolis Legacy Award are:

  • Admission materials
Additional Information: The University of Indianapolis Legacy Award is available to children and grandchildren of UIndy alumni. Eligible incoming freshmen students will be automatically considered at the time of admission. Legacy awards may be combined with additional UIndy scholarships or grants. For additional information contact the University's Office of Admissions.

Award Amount: $1,500 annually, renewable for up to three additional years providing the student maintains full-time enrollment with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $6,000.
