Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards offered varies annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for international and U.S. students.
  2. Must be a declared architecture minor and preparing for a profession in architecture. The applicant must have completed ENGR 103 or ARCT 103 and have been recommended by the course’s professor.
  3. Must be currently enrolled at Calvin College in Michigan.
  4. Must be entering his/her sophomore, junior, or senior year of college in the fall of the current year.
  5. Preference will be given to ethnic minorities, international students, women, and non-Christian Reformed Church members.
  6. Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Additional Information: A.M.D.G. Architects, Inc. of Grand Rapids, Michigan established this scholarship in an attempt to assist a promising student in the field of architecture. More specifically, this scholarship is an attempt to continue the diversification of both Calvin and the architecture field. The goal of this scholarship is to encourage women and minorities to consider architecture as a profession. The applicant must demonstrate financial need.
