Number of Awards & Eligibility: One award offered annually.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. This award is for U.S. students.
  2. Must be 21 years of age or younger.
  3. Must be a current or former 4-H member.
  4. Must be a resident of North Dakota.
  5. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  6. Must be a high school senior or be accepted/enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited college or university.

Description: This scholarship is available for U.S. high school seniors and accepted or currently enrolled undergraduate students who are 21 years of age or younger. Students must be North Dakota residents and current or former 4-H members.

Applications are available on the North Dakota 4-H Foundation website. A student may apply for more than one scholarship using the same application.In addition to a completed application, the applicant must submit a copy of his/her transcript; and an attachment of two pages answering the questions listed on the application. A word processor or computer may be used to complete the application. The student should type or print using black ink. Attachments must be on plain white 8.5-inch by 11-inch paper. The application must have the signatures of the student's parent and 4-H extension agent to be considered complete.The application is due at the Center for 4-H Youth Development at the address listed on the deadline date.
