In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must plan to attend the University of Indianapolis as a transfer student.
  2. Must have a grade point average of 2.0- 2.7
  3. Must plan to enroll full time.
  4. This award is for U.S students.
  5. Must have completed 15 or more transferable hours of credit.
  6. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  7. Must attend a college or university in Indiana.
