Description: Students seeking a Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Public Health or a Master's or Doctoral Degree in the field of Public Health may apply for an FPHA Scholarship which will be presented at the FPHA Annual Conference. The scholarship is for a free registration to attend the conference and a one-year membership beginning July.

Application requirements for the FPHA Undergraduate Scholarship are:

  • Essay
  • Recommendation letter
  • Application form
  • Official Transcript
  • Curriculum vitae
