In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a declared computer science/CIS/MIS/IT major.
  2. Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or higher.
  3. Must have satisfactorily completed at least one full semester of college (12 semester hours or equivalent).
  4. Must be enrolled as a full-time (12 semester hours or equivalent).
  5. Must be a U.S citizen or legal permanent resident.
