In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must be enrolled (or intending to enroll) at an accredited college or university within the United States for the Fall semester
  2. Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
  3. Must be at least 18 years of age
  4. Must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0
