Number of Awards & Eligibility: All eligible students are considered for this award.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
  2. Must be accepted to Abilene Christian University as a transfer student.
  3. This award is for U.S students.
  4. Must have completed at least 12 transferable credit hours and have at least 32 credit hours remaining towards the first undergraduage degree.

Description: This award is for U.S undergraduate students who are planning to transfer to Abilene Christian University. Students must be pursuing an undergraduate degree and have a minimum GPA of 2.75.

Additional Information: Abilene Christian University offers a variety of academic scholarships to incoming students. Transfer awards are based on cumulative GPA from all previous colleges. To be eligible to transfer to ACU, students must have a minimum of 12 transferable credit hours completed and with at least 32 credit hours to left complete for the first undergraduage degree. International students should visit the ACU admission website for details regarding additional requirements.

Award Amount: Award amounts are based on cumulative GPA from all previous college: 3.30 to 4.00 GPA = $12,000 annually - Transfer Merit I 2.85 to 3.29 GPA = $9,000 annually- Transfer Merit II 2.30 to 2.84 GPA = $7,000 annually- Transfer Merit III Awards are renewable for up to six long semesters while pursuing first undergraduate degree. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress.  The total dollars awarded for this scholarship is $25,000.
