Number of Awards & Eligibility: The number of awards varies.
In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:
  1. Must have spontaneous red hair color.
  2. Must reside in the U.S.
  3. Must have a high-Grade Point Average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
  4. Must be a high school junior or senior applying to an accredited 2 or 4 year college in the U.S.

In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria:

Description: The Redhead Scholarship is given to high school juniors and seniors who have spontaneous red hair color. A $500 scholarship is being offered. To apply for the Redhead Scholarship, students need to send an email with the following documents: Two photos of yourself for proof of hair color (one as a child, the other a recent one). You must also furnish a copy of your high school transcript. You also need to present a creative piece that can represent what it means to be Redhead. It may be anything from an academic essay to a drawing. All you need is to play your strength. It can be an experience or a funny story that is, as a result, of being a Redhead. In fact, the more creative, the better. All applications must be submitted electronically by the deadline date.
