Northeastern University Dissertation Completion Fellowships

Graduate Dissertation Completion Fellowships provide a one-semester stipend. Ph.D. candidates who will benefit from the financial security and the freedom to focus on their final semester writing are eligible. The award is equal to one semester of support and the awardees are expected to graduate at the end of the semester in which they hold the DCF.

Early Childhood Educators Scholarship Program

This scholarship is open to Massachusetts undergraduate students who are matriculated in a degree program in early childhood education or a related field (i.e., elementary education, sociology, psychology). Alan Edgar Wurdeman Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is available for Rhode Island students who are pursuing LPN and RN degree programs at a Rhode Island institution or Northeastern University School of Nursing. Students must maintain a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Preference is given to students who are committed to staying in Rhode Island after graduation.

SWE Boston Section Scholarship

This scholarship is open to Massachusetts female juniors and seniors who are majoring in engineering or computer science. Students must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher; preference is given to students with financial need and/or attending selected Massachusetts colleges/universities.

Northeastern University Torch Scholars Program

This award is available to U.S high school students who are planning to attend Northeastern University, MA. Each applicant must be a first-generation college student who has overcome exceptional odds and who demonstrates the potential to excel academically.

Massachusetts Gilbert Matching Student Grant Program

This award is available to Massachusetts High school seniors and undergraduate students who are planning to attend a nursing program full time at an eligible Massachusetts institution. Students must demonstrate financial need.

Northeastern University International Merit Scholars Award

This award is available for international graduating high school seniors or transfer students planning to attend Northeastern University.

AIA/F Diversity Advancement Scholarship

High school seniors, current college freshmen, and community/technical college graduates who will enroll in an NAAB-accredited architecture program are eligible for this award. Students must be minorities and/or financially disadvantaged.

GE Women’s Network Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. female undergraduate students who are majoring in certain fields of engineering or computer science, are members of the SWE, and attend a preferred school. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and plan to enroll full time.
