I strongly dislike Texas College this was a terrible choice for me personally. The on-campus living is terrible there is no privacy at all RA's are able to walk in and out of your room as they please at any time of day with no explanation. The new dorms are barely Co-Ed boys and girl aren't able to be on the same floor as each other unless it's the 1st floor which is the lobby. The computer rooms are separated by gender and aren't to be shared on any circumstances. The classroom enviorment is slow not a lot of new learning being done everything is repeated. The food in the cafe is " Okay " but they barely give you enough per serving. I advise anyone looking into this school to do a visit before you commit here.
Texas College could be way better if they listened to the student's ideas to improve the school. The band doesn't even travel to away games or anywhere really. That's where they're losing students. Their cafeteria food is also terrible. The pictures they have of the food is very misleading.
The college is very small but that is a great thing because the professors know you by name and will work with you to get what you need to get to make sure you will be able to do whatever it is you want to do with your life. There are many ways to get help also if you fall behind on your work.
I like my overall experience at Texas college because I came to college is to learn. So my overall experience is great
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Texas College is 100%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
Omg! If I could go back in time and start over with my education it would be so different. I would get more into my books than parties. As a freshman in this college you have to focus on your work. There are different functions going on and if you are not careful you will get caught up in the fun. Don't get me wrong, you can pull it off. The problem is that you have the opportunity at this college to graduate early if you take a few extra classes. Now if you are not partying all the time you can get it done. I didn't though, I was so into the games and activities that it has taken me the normal four years. Take some advice from a senior now, do your work first and have fun later, it will pay off in the end. The classes are not hard at all, you just have to focus and participate. College is about finding yourself as well as working hard to achieve your goals. Remember to study before fun, and there won't be any last minute surprises when it is finally time to graduate!
there are forcus in ready to learn.
that we have the best prefessor in our campus looks great and the learning process is great.
The best thing about my college is the professional teachers and staff that are here to help the students graduate. This College is not about keeping you in school forever to make money, they are here to educate you in your particular major so that you can graduate. The other thing I love about this school is that they help you financially to pay for school. Student that can’t afford to pay for school out of your pocket they always make a way to help you find scholarships and grants to pay your tuition for that year.
How small the campus is. You get to see the same faces everyday. Maybe if our campus was more laid back it would make it better. What i mean by this is loosen up on some of the rules and let us conduct ourselfs as the grown young men and women that we are.
I would describe my school as caring because they care about the student getting the best education and graduate with excellance.
losing
I wish I would of knew that the school was very small.

If you are not a people person or don't work well with others, this is not the school for you. I have found that a lot of the assignments are done in groups. You need to be able to work well with others.
