USAC supports students with a love and passion for STEM and whom desires to travel and study abroad. If you’re a STEM major and think about studying abroad, you may eligible for this award. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA or higher and pursing a bachelors degree. Awards will be given in the amount of $750-$1,000.

Applicants must be undergraduates, graduates or Ph.D. students at an accredited college or university, majoring in a science related field such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Molecular Biology.

Herbert Levy Memorial Scholarship
The Society of Physics Students scholarship program supports students studying physics. In memory of her late husband Dr. Herbert Levy, Margaret Sussman Levy bequeathed funds to establish this scholarship award “to be used for a worthy, needy physics student” to attain a quality physics education. The award consists of a $2,000 scholarship.
Peggy Dixon Two Year Scholarship
The Peggy Dixon Two-Year Scholarship is for students making a shift from a two year college into a physics bachelor’s degree program. The scholarship is named in memory of Dr. Peggy A. Dixon, SPS and Sigma Pi Sigma Historian from 1992-2003. The award consists of a $2,000 scholarship.
Pfizer Global Medical Grants Program
If you have a passion for the medical field and are currently working on projects to benefit the health of your community, look no further. Pfizer offers medical grants for up to $20k for big and small projects. Applicants must apply and have a proposal ready upon completion of application.

Zipwhip Women in STEM Scholarship
Applicants must be legal U.S. resident attending college in Seattle, Los Angeles, Austin, Dallas, Minneapolis, Denver or Portland (where The Riveter operates), 18 years or older, enrolled in a STEM undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, or enrolled in a technical bootcamp. Not open to employees of Zipwhip or The Riveter or immediate family members of those employees. Limited to one entry per student.
American Society for Nondestructive Testing Undergraduate Scholarship
The ASNT Fellowship Award provides financial support in the form of a $20,000 cash award to 5 students involved in high-quality research activities in science and technology at the graduate level (M.S. or Ph.D. candidates).
Exxon Mobil Engineering Scholarship (Renewable)
Exxon Mobil Engineering Scholarship (Renewable) awards go to four freshman who are also U.S. citizens. Candidate must attend an ABET accredited university in the U.S. Minimum GPA: 3.5.
