Awesome
The atmosphere is great. Many new faces each semester. Have the chance to create new friends or acquaintances. Have the chance to really connect and talk with my professor. I like the way they handle political issues and the campus goings on. It’s great that they have tried and continue to try to accommodate for different cultures and such. It feels very welcoming and like I can achieve what I’m meant to.
Holyoke Community College is a fantastic school from its academics to the community. This college has a campus that feels safe and inviting. It is also set up in a way that feels like a four year college or university. HCC offers many extra curricular activities and gives students opportunities to get involved in the community.
Overall Holyoke Community College is a great school. The professors are very understanding and helpful, they really try their best to help you understand the work that is assigned. The community overall is wonderful. The students help each other and are really involved in extracurricular activities. The food overall is good.
I love it! All of the teachers are very friendly and helpful, there are a lot of extra activities going on, and the campus is located on a hill in the woods. I really enjoy being so close to nature. There's even a disc golf course on campus. I have been going to this college for a few years now and I find it to be the best community college in the area. I will miss it when I transfer to a four year college in the fall.
My overall opinion of Holyoke Commmunity College is that it is a very convenitent location and the buildings are well layed out which makes it so much easier to move between buildings when needed. All staff is supportive and is helpful. Students are respectful and love their professors and staff.
I think this college is a great way to start your education off. It is cheap and the education quality is pretty consistent. The professors are mostly accessible, and the class sizes are perfect.
I went to HCC as an online student and I really enjoyed it. The online classes are usually structured well and help meet a flexible schedule. There's lots of options and it's very open to older students as well. The scholarship options are also very good, especially considering the cost of going is already fairly low. I definitely recommend checking it out. For a community college, it's the best one in the area!
My professors and the staff I interacted with were always ready and willing to help in any way. For the most part, I didn't really have an issue with contacting professors and getting the help I needed. If they couldn't help me then they would point me in the direction of who could. They were the ones who made my experience there the best.
It’s a comfortable campus with lots of great opportunities! The professors are always helpful and want you to be successful. They strive to help you with anything. The campus is clean and neat. It’s pretty easy to get to the places or classes you need to be in.
This school has a great faculty and an immense amount of resources. Holyoke Community College really does make the most out of its status as a community college. There are many student-run organizations. Some that I would greatly encourage students to join are those who participate in advocacy. These students are serious about the causes they fight for. I would recommend studying here if you are considering it.
Holyoke Community College is a wonderful place! You have students who are fresh out of high school, adult learners looking for a career change or previous graduates looking to take certifications to add onto their education. Advisors are always available to answer any questions in a timely manner, seminars are held to help you understand scholarships, financial aid, and opportunities to transfer to a university to complete your Bachelors at a reduced cost. Overall, 10/10!
Holyoke Community College is a very flexible school and perfect for anyone that needs to work while going to school. The professors and staff are always ready to help, provide advice and make accommodations. It's the perfect environment to take things at your own pace.
