The college is really lives in the grace of God. There is a chapel service every week on Wednesday at 12:12pm, and community project. The most recent one was build a bed project where we build beds for children in the community who don't have beds to sleep in.
Kentucky Wesleyan College is a private post-secondary college that strives to endure a higher value in their school system. The president, Barton Darrell, greets and knows everyone's name, he's a great embodiment of what the the school is. There's a variety of opportunities in this college, whether that's sports, clubs, or events that take place on and out of campus. For example, the college was able to take a few students to Holiday World for free. The most valuable aspect of this college is the amount of love and support the faculty have for the students. They truly believe in us, and I have seen that help others and myself become better students. I love my school.
It's a great school for people who want a small school where you know all your professors but still get a great education. Despite the small size you still get the college experience. Kentucky Wesleyan is a great place to feel safe and be yourself. This campus despite its size does everything it can for it's students, even if they have to go out of their way.
My overall opinion of Kentucky Wesleyan is that it is a terrific school! The class sizes are just the perfect size for me the are small but not too small. I absolutely love the campus pretty much everyone knows everyone! The sororities are not like other schools or like in the movies. All of the girls are nice to each other and the other sororities talk to other sororities. Everyone students and faculty cares for each other and supports one another.

I would tell myself that the world is in my hands; to remember that I am responsible for my own destiny and that I am capable of accomplishing all the things I hope to. I have been out of High school for eight years this year, and in those years I have gone through many life changes and acquired much wisdom. One particular piece of wisdom that has changed my outlook on the world, and its obstacles, is a quote by Randy Pausch. "The brick walls are not there to keep us out. The brick walls are there to give us a chance to show how badly we want something." That single piece of wisdom changed my life, and helped me find my way back to the course, that is currently leading me towards the future I want and deserve. It is this piece of advice that I would give to myself; I feel that remembering this, alone, would give me the ability keep going - especially when things gone tough; to climb those brick walls and remember the bounty that waits on the other side, is only there for those willing to work for it.
My classmates are smart and creative.
It is pretty expensive to attend and the don't give enough money to the athletic department. Athletes make up a huge portion of the student body, but the coaches aren't given enough money to distribute in scholarships
Men's Basketball and having small classroom size. A lot of people come here for a more community oriented education.
The education here is really good and there are teachers who really help and care about you.
I absolutely love the size of the campus. The campus is small enough to where students are able to have one-on-one time with their professors and feel like a part of the class. I also love how both the faculty and students are so friendly. Everyone seems very sociable and "close"-which is awesome!
KWC is a small, liberal arts college, that is methodist affilated
That it was going to be this awesome!
Someone that is looking to better themselves in their field of interest. Kentucky Wesleyan is a great college for Pre Med students especially. It is a great transfer into graduate school.
Finding out how much you have to pay out of pocket
Someone who comes to college for the social aspect with less concern for academics should not attend Kentucky Wesleyan. Kentucky Welseyan has a strong family environment. Because it is such a small school everyone knows everyone. If you are a private person you should not attend this school. If someone plans to party a lot and spend the least time as possible focusing on school should choose another school. KWC is very academically driven and creates hardworking and dedicated graduates.
KWC offers really small class sizes and easy access to one on one advising with professors.
