I think MGA is a great place for anyone wanting a college experience, especially if they can't afford some of these schools that cost tens of thousands of dollars a semester. MGA has a great academic reputation as well as great food and housing. There are also five campuses located across the state of Georgia as well as a large online community!
I attended Middle Georgia State University for a while till I transferred to Georgia State University in 2020. The Cochran Campus is nice, including the Macon Campus, but there's not much to do there. Unless you join a club, and that's if you are able to attend it, you won't have anything to do. There's not a lot of activities on campus, but when there are some the students show up and have a good time. It's very quiet there, which I enjoyed and I like that I could walk around at night with earbuds in without feeling that someone would attack me. The campus could improve on a few things but overall it is a nice place to be when you are starting college life.
I feel like MGA is a really mediocre college. The college doesn't excel at anything, but it is good or decent at a lot of things. The on-campus dorms are alright. They usually are pretty clean. The food can be hit or miss sometimes and the gym and basketball course was really nice.
