We Asked Students, What's your overall opinion of this school?

Ixcalli

Morton College is a very well operating institution. The advisors are very helpful and involved in helping you succeed. There is always someone to greet you when you walk into the facility. They always try to engage with the students or have opportunities to get involved. It's a decent community college.

Maria

Morton College is a great community college that is well and good to start a education path or to get a 2 year degree . They are very helpful when it comes to needing help for anything. They are very interactive with he community their students come from. They offer help for students who look and need it. Overall a very nice and achievement college to go to.

Cassandra

It is a good school to get your basics done and also if you don't know what you want to major in yet, it is a cheap way to find out.The teachers give you a schedule of their available office hours for extra help, which is very helpful. Also, the counselors are willing to work with you as well.

Emily

Morton is a great place to get general education credits and transfer credits to a four year university. The website Rate my Professor gives insight to the professors there and you are able to make your classes around what kind of teaching method you prefer.

Ben

I love the campus, I loved my years there overall. Student involvement and Sports may have declined over the last year, although it's going to be built back up in the new semester. As for academics, the teachers are very good, some are better than others and want us to succeed. I did well in the majority of my classes because of the great teachers and their style in the smaller environment.

Yoana

Morton College is a good way of getting over your basic courses but It doesn't offer the true college experience as my other peers have in their campus. Though, It does offer courses at a cheaper price than what you would pay in a university and they're taught at a faster and easier peace than at what a university would teach.

Maria

Morton College is a great community college. It has everything you need to complete your associates so you can transfer to a university. Class sizes are perfect. There are plenty of events posted during the school year so you can be involved. Advisers are always on time for appointments. There is a good variety of food in the cafeteria. And most importantly, tuition is very affordable.

All in all it’s a good school. The professors here are very nice and cool to be around they make learning fun and aren’t so lackluster. The people here are great everyone’s just at this college to transfer to a university so there is a lot of focus academically. Staff is okay could be better but it is what it is. Advisors are wonderful.

Ashley

Morton is a great Community college to go to. Very diverse. Class sizes aren't too big and teachers are very understanding. The college has great support staffs and tutoring sessions for students who are struggling. Overall the college has gotten way better than my sister went and more evolved with students.
