I would definetly tell myself to stay focused in college. Sure, there will be plenty of fun parties and interesting woman to meet but this is your future. As long as you take your studies seriously and try your best (including avoiding procrasting on homework assignments) you will improve as a designer and artist. That dedication will translate itself into your portfolio and future employers will see that. You have to find a balance between fun time and work time. Time management is everything.
The worst has to be that they don't have after school hours lab. Some students don't have computers/laptops or are in the process of purchasing one and just need to use the school's equipment for a few weeks or so. They should improve the computers in the library also.
Exellent, but there are no enough financial assistance
The courses are about 11 to 12 weeks long, but the learning process is not only helpful, but very fast.
The fact that you receive more hands on training from instructors than you would at your average college. Since this school focuses strictly on the arts and hires great staff it benefits me as a designer. Many, if not all, of the instructors are available for after school tutoring.
Those who cannot keep up with a fast-paced environment.
