CANFit Culinary Arts Undergraduate Scholarship

This award is available for students who are enrolled in a California culinary arts school. Students must be of African-American, American Indian, Alaska Native, Asian-American, Pacific Islander or Latino/Hispanic ethnicity.

Letitia B. Carter Scholarship

High school seniors or older students who have applied to an RAMEF-recognized professional development program in hospitality or are enrolled in an RAMEF-recognized foodservice/hospitality program and plan to pursue hospitality-related coursework are eligible for this award. Students must be Maryland residents, have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and have 400 hours of documented industry experience (if high school/college students) OR 1,500 hours if an industry professional or teacher/instructor.

National Meat Association Scholarship Program

This award is available for college sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are enrolled in a curriculum leading to a bachelor’s of science degree in animal science, meat science, food science or a related discipline at an accredited four-year college or university. Students must maintain a grade point average of 2.75 or higher and remain in good academic standing during the term of the scholarship.

NTA Pat & Jim Host Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who reside or are students in Kentucky and are enrolled in a travel and tourism- or hospitality-related program of study. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Hilton Baltimore Convention Center Hotel Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is available for U.S. students who are currently high school seniors at a Maryland area public high school. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, and must plan to major in the field of hotel, hospitality, tourism, restaurant management or business.

Ray and Gertrude Marshall Scholarship

This award is available for full-time undergraduate students who are majoring in the culinary arts at an accredited college in the United States. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher and enroll on a full time basis.

John Kacala Scholarship

The John Kacala Scholarship is for U.S. college students who are majoring in culinary arts and have a career goal of becoming a chef or pastry chef. The applicant must be enrolled full time in an accredited, postsecondary school of culinary arts, or other culinary training program acceptable to the AAC.
