This award is for Oklahoma high school students who are planning to attend college in Oklahoma. The student must be in 8th, 9th, or 10th grade at time of application, and have a family income of $50,000 or less.

U.S. students who are enrolled in an accredited educational institution (kindergarten through graduate school) in the United States are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Army ROTC Four-Year Scholarship

U.S. students who are between the ages of 17 and 26 and have a high school diploma and a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher are eligible for this award. Applicants must have SAT/ACT scores of 1000/19 or higher.

Charles F. Mitchell Scholarship Fund

This award is available for male U.S. high school seniors or adults entering their freshman year of college as first-time students. Students must be residents of Waterbury, Connecticut for five years or more and have a grade point average of B- or higher.
