Districts Make the Difference Video Contest California high school and college students are invited to create a fun and informative short video (under 90 seconds) highlighting the ways special districts ‘Make the Difference’ in California for a chance to win a scholarship. SaddleBox Equine Studies Scholarship Applicants must be U.S citizens with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, enrolled in a program related to the equine field or participating in a college equestrian team or club. At least one year of the program must be completed before the deadline.
