  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

    The first thing I would have told myself would have been to take AP classes. This would have saved me some time taking general education classes, which would haved saved me alot of money as well. I would have told myself to learn to be better with money because it is hard to balance your school life and you social life if you are not good with money. I would have told myself to take school more seriously, to wait until I had a degree and a good career before I worried about having fun. The fun that I had instead of going to college could not even come close to the fun I could have with a degree and a career that I loved. The last thing I would have told myself is that I could do it, I am smart enough, and that everything would fall into place, and not to look at the cost of attending college but the cost of not attending college.

    They are professional and goal oriented. Most are parents who have worked in other fields but have been laid off due to the economy. They are smart people who never gave themselves a chance at succeding at college until they had nowhere else to turn.

    It offers a degree in only a year & a half, which allows me to spend the minimum amount of time in school so I can get out into the workforce sooner.

  7. What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

    It is a professional college, so there are very strict guidlines from the ACICS that must be followed. That tends to make things stressful at times, such as there is a maxium amount of time that you can be out of class and if you exceed that time then you must drop the class, no exceptions. That can be challenging for parents with young kids.

  8. What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school?

    I brag about the coding teacher I have. She is an amazing teacher who helps students understand what they need to succeed in Medical Billing & Coding.

    The lack of cohesiveness and professionalism of the administration.They are very unorganized, however, overall i believe that i am getting a quality education
