If you want a small class size, teachers that have time for you, and looking for a great school; Piedmont Community College is the school for you. My overall opinion is that its an amazing school. The faculty try their hardest to help students to achieve their goal, and help them get to a four year university.
My overall opinion of PCC is highly positive. I have been to one other community college and a very well-known private school, and I can honestly say that the student life here is far more enjoyable. Although the Roxboro area itself is lacking shops and such that a bigger city school has, I would recommend others to attend PCC because the students there are kind and the faculty/ instructors go above and beyond to ensure that you are well taken care for. I do not think that there has been a time yet where I have doubted that the instructors have honestly wanted me to succeed and have motivated me to do so, and for that I am forever grateful.
I love that as a full time stay-at-home mom of 2 that i can do my courses online when its convienant. All my teachers have been helpful when it comes to answering questions i may have. Their online classes were flexible and easy to use. When i was working full time i was still able to take a full course load and maintain good grades throughout the semester.
I am so glad that I chose to attend Piedmont Community College in Roxboro NC. I would highly recommend the School to someone else. At PCC everyone is a family and everyone is so nice from people greeting you good morning or hey how are you. I love being in the Cosmetology program
