Very unique campus that is settled on an Island. There are nearby coffee shops to study and get together. The campus itself is having some ongoing developments and upgrades to facilities and other buildings. The student life and culture around the university is something other universities don't have. Overall, really great school to go.
This campus is wonderful. Placement is perfect, because it's right on the beach and it isn't too close to the city, but not far at all. The community and the vibe is great. I would not leave the school unless I had to. Overall this campus is loving, caring, intelligent, and beautiful.
Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is a good school, there is plenty to do and eat on campus, a good sized gym, a nice library, and it is all compacted together so it is not too big, everything is right next to each other or a 5-10 minute walk. The only thing I do not like is the on-campus housing; it is too expensive and they are not kept up very well, the only thing good about them is that they're right there and it is easier to get to classes. I prefer off-campus housing because it is not a big inconvenience to get to campus because there are buses that can take you there so you don't have to go through the trouble of parking. All together, the school is a great.
Great school, awesome clubs/organizations to join, cool professors, all around great time.

I would say to myself that understand biology more then you have, and take a higher math and understand math as well, also do well in High school and the community college it will pay off in the end.
The only thing I find irksome about TAMU-CC is the parking problem - there is simply not enough room for all of the students and faculty.
The best thing about this school was the beach but that was about it. Weekends with your friends or nightime parties come in close second. The school is a real laid back school with more emphasis on social rather than academics.
Reading is so important. Your text book will be your best friend. Always find a reliable study partner in all of your classes.
Most charismatic beach school there could be.
It is the only school located on the island! Great university with small class size where you can receive individual attention from your professors! LOVE this school!!!
They are very diverse with alot of backgrounds and bring so much to the school, so I learn so much from them being different and from different places.
It is small. TAMUCC is very student oriented and student centered. Also, they have a great freshman program that really helps in the transition from highschool to college. The advisors really care and want to help.
Someone who likes warm weather, a small campus, and plenty of on campus activities.
someone who is more laid back
The most fustrating thing about my school is that my orthrodontist is back at home in San Antonio and not in Corpus so I have to take trips for my appointments.
I am actually not aware of any established stereotypes for this school.
In this school Texas A&M University has different king of major students can choose .For example in education, graduate studies, liberal arts, nursing & health sciences, science & engineering. My major is Criminal Justice . The Criminal Justice programs has great professor. My favorite class in campus was my composition class because my professor will make us write essays on topics we choose to write.
Basketball games are a big thing in corpus.
I truly enjoy TAMUCC, as well as the scenery and the people I have met there.
Well, I'm not a big bragger, but I would compliment the nice weather that Corpus Christi has year round and how pleasent the atmosphere is. This university is a very laid back, easy going place to study.
My very first day on campus was filled with so much wonder and this euphoria of opportunity to take the world by storm. My first steps on campus was as if I was discovering a new world where I could begin to lay the foundation for my success. I specifically remember surrounding myself with the right people that day. Not only have we built friendships I hope to last a lifetime, but a support network that held me accountable and pushed me farther when the want to stop was overpowering my will to persevere.
