Educators for Maine Program

This forgivable loan program is available to Maine graduating high school seniors, undergraduate students, and graduate students who are pursuing initial certification as a teacher, including speech pathology or child care provider qualifications. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Maryland Workforce Shortage Student Assistance Grant

The Workforce Shortage Student Assistance Grant (WSSAG) program is for students who plan on working in specific career/occupational programs upon graduation. Eligible fields include: child care, human services, teaching, nursing, physical and occupational therapy, social work, and public service.

Kenneth & Mildred Ward Scholarship Fund

This award is for a U.S. high school senior or older at Clay High School in West Virginia. The applicant must pursue a degree in the field of engineering, sciences, or mathematics at a university in West Virginia. The applicant must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and an ACT score of 20.

Math and Science Scholarship Fund

This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of West Virginia. Students must be pursuing a degree in math, science, or engineering (science shall include chemistry, physics, biology and other scientific fields); have a GPA of 2.5 or higher; and an ACT score of 20 or higher.

VSGC Community College Scholarship

This award is available to Virginia students who are currently enrolled at a Virginia community college as a freshmen student. The student must major in any program of study that includes coursework related to an understanding of or interest in technological fields supporting aerospace and must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Michigan Tuition Grant

This award is available to Michigan resident undergraduate students who are attending independent, degree-granting Michigan institutions. Students must demonstrate financial need.

Richard V. Olson Scholarship

This scholarship is available for international and U.S. college juniors and seniors who are members of the Alpha Chi Rho fraternity. It is preferred that applicants major in the physical sciences, mathematics, or engineering.

AISES A. T. Anderson Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is open to American Indian/Alaska Native students who are pursuing degrees in mathematics, medical sciences, physical science, technology, science, engineering, or natural resources. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and must be a current AISES member (or join AISES before applying).
