Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grants
This award is for U.S. students who are currently enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution in the U.S. The student must a dependent of a member of the Armed Forces who died as a result of performing military service in Iraq or Afghanistan after Sept. 11, 2001, and who is not receiving a Pell Grant.
Patsy Takemoto Mink Education Foundation Scholarship
This award is for U.S. women 17 years of age or older, with minor children that planned to be enrolled in a skills training, ESL, or GED program; or pursuing a technical/vocational degree, an associate degree, a first bachelors degree, or a professional/master’s/doctoral degree. Applicants must be of low-income.
All Iowa Opportunity Foster Care Grant
This award is available to Iowa undergraduate students who were previously adjudicated in the Iowa foster care system and planning to attend a college or university in Iowa. The student must not be over 23 years old. Click here to learn more and apply today!
Indiana Part-Time Grant Program
This grant is available for Indiana residents undergratuate students who are enrolled part-time at an eligible Indiana college or university. The student must demonstrate financial need.
Vermont Incentive Grant
This award is available to Vermont undergraduate students who are enrolled full time at any postsecondary institution that participates in the federal Pell Grant program. The student must demonstrate financial need as determined by completing the FAFSA. Click here to learn more and apply today!
Vermont Part-Time Grant
This grant is available for Vermont undergraduate students who are enrolled part time (i.e., in fewer than 12 credit hours per term). The student must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA. Students who are attending the University of Vermont College of Medicine or enrolled in a doctor of veterinary medicine program are also eligible.
P. O. Pistilli Scholarship
This award is available to current high school seniors planning to major in electrical engineering or computer science from underrepresented groups (women, African American, Hispanic, American Indian, and disabled students). Eligible applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, be U.S. residents, and demonstrate financial need.
AFPE Pre-Doctoral Fellowship Program for Pharmaceutical and Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences
This award is available to U.S. citizens and permanent residents who have completed at least three semesters of graduate study in pharmacy and intend to pursue a Ph.D. in the subject.
AAUW Career Development Grant
This award is available for women who hold a bachelor’s degree and are preparing to advance or change careers or re-enter the work force. Special consideration is given to AAUW members, women of color, and women pursuing their first advanced degree or credentials in nontraditional fields. Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.
