Jeff Sein Kwan Yang Memorial Scholarship

In 2007, family and friends established a memorial scholarship in honor of Jeff Sein Kwan Yang. The scholarship aims to provide financial support to students who are immigrants or children of immigrants in their pursuit of higher education.
