The college is great! They provide hands on experience needed for the career of your choice. The staff is great providing all the help we need.
San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia is the place to be and the school to attend. At first when I enrolled I was skeptical, and hesitant. After all I am an older adult returning to college much later in life. From the moment, I sauntered in the door everyone made me feel so welcome. Each time I see my student advisor, or the admissions director or the dean of students the greet me with a warm welcome. My classmates are a great part of the school too. My instructor is always available to help me. The staff and my fellow students at SJVC make it a pleasure to go to school each day. I look forward to completing my program!
It’s an amazing school. I would recommend it to many . They help with getting you a job and helping with gas cards. They work with your schedule and have work studies open to the students on campus. The program I am going through is short and effective it’s in demand.

I would tel my self to start collage as soon as i get out of high school. It is well worth it and you can settle down and have your own place sooner. Dont waste time life is hard and short. take advantage and do better in school so you can qualify for scholarships because collage isnt so cheep but it is well worth every penny. Having a dagree can only better your self and your own family that you will have some day. Be smart and get done with everything as soon as you can.
Those that are not sure what they want to do in life as a career. This school pputs you through a fast paced learning for the field you are desired to go into, so it would be a waste if you just decide to go into one and not be passionate about it.
My classmates are all different in there own way, but we are all there to get the same degree.
SJVC is best known for being a fast pace school you get in and out in a short amount of time.
What's unique about San Juaquin Valley College is that it's only a fourteen month program, the school is more hands on. The instructors care about there students and care to know there students. The instructers are more then willing to help there students out. They motivate there students to be at there school.
The best thing about SJVC is that its hands on so you acatually know what you will be doing when the time comes for you to work. I also like that its a fast pace school its easier for me to learn that way.
I wish I would have known more about SIFE (students in free enterprise) before I had come here. Then I would have joined the SIFE club at the very beginning of my term rather than later. I would have gotten a greater chance to network my abilities to the companies involved with SIFE.
Doing classes online with no help it feels like.
They are here to help us succeed in getting a professional career to better out future.
the worst thing about my school is having to pay so much for it i really cant afford it but i know that i will be able to as soon as i get my career settled
That I am learning so much so quickly. My program is pretty short.
