U.S. college sophomores or juniors enrolled in an mechanical engineering or related program are eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who are interested in power engineering and/or who reside or attend school in the American Electric Power service area of Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

This award is for nursing students who are attending a professional registered nurse program and seeking initial licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio. Applicants must be a member of an underrepresented group in the registered nursing profession and maintain a grade point average of 2.75.
LTU Bulldog Out-of-State Fee Waiver for Incoming Transfer Students
This award is for U.S. and International students who are planning to attend Louisiana Tech University as an out-of-state transfer student. Students must have complete at least 12 semester hours of college credit and have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher.
Nurse Education Assistance Loan Program (NEALP) for Future Nurse Instructors
This forgivable loan is for Ohio registered nurses enrolled in approved Ohio post-licensure nurse education programs who intend to serve as nurse faculty after graduation. To qualify for loan cancellation, recipients must be employed as a faculty member instructing licensed practical nursing and/or registered nursing coursework to future nurses in the State of Ohio for a minimum of four years after graduation.
Horatio Alger Ohio Scholarship
This award is for high school seniors with a grade point average of 2.0 or higher who demonstrate critical financial need and are residents of Ohio.
Bellarmine University Out-of-State Grant
U.S. incoming freshmen who are not residents of Kentucky and demonstrate financial need are eligible for this award. Students must attend Bellarmine University in Kentucky.
Becca’s Closet Spirit of Generosity Scholarship
Rebecca was a passionate, bright, fun-loving young woman who loved being with her friends and felt that no one should miss a high school event because they couldn’t afford to be there. She saw the inequity in the situation and sought to change things. U.S. high school seniors who have been involved with Becca’s Closet are eligible to apply for this award. Students must enroll full time and have an unweighted grade point average of 2.0 or higher.

This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate students who reside or are students in Ohio and are enrolled in a travel and tourism- or hospitality-related program of study. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
