Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grants
This award is for U.S. students who are currently enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution in the U.S. The student must a dependent of a member of the Armed Forces who died as a result of performing military service in Iraq or Afghanistan after Sept. 11, 2001, and who is not receiving a Pell Grant.
AFCEA Alamo Chapter Military Education Grant
These grants will be awarded to active-duty enlisted and junior officers (O1-O3), living in Texas, and pursuing a degree in a scientific field of study. Maryland Veterans of the Afghanistan and Iraq Conflicts Scholarship Program
This award is for U.S undergraduate students who served as armed forces personnel in the Afghanistan or Iraq Conflicts, and their sons, daughters, or spouses who are current high school seniors, and full-time and part-time, degree-seeking undergraduate students enrolled in an eligible accredited Maryland postsecondary institution.
Iowa National Guard Service Scholarship
This award is available to U.S undergraduate students who are members of the Iowa National Guard and plan to attend a postsecondary institution in Iowa.
Pat Tillman Military Scholars Program
The Pat Tillman Foundation unites and empowers remarkable military veterans. U.S. veteran or active military service members, or the spouses of veteran, active or deceased U.S. military servicemembers are eligible to apply for this award. Students must enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program and demonstrate financial need.
Imagine America Military Award Program (MAP)
This scholarship is available to any qualified active duty, reservist, honorably discharged or retired veteran of a United States military service branch for attendance at a participating career college. Students must demonstrate financial need.
Army Nurse Corps Association (ANCA) Scholarship
This scholarship is available for undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in nursing. Students who plan to enter the Army, have previously served with the Army, are currently serving with the Army, and whose parent/spouse is serving in the Army are all eligible. NY Military Service Recognition Scholarship (MSRS) – Military Members
This award is available to U.S. undergraduate students who are members of the armed forces of the United States or state organized militia who, at any time on or after Aug. 2, 1990, while New York State residents, died or became severely and permanently disabled while engaged in hostilities or training for hostilities. Students must be attending or planning to attend an eligible postsecondary institution in New York.
NY Military Service Recognition Scholarship (MSRS) – Spouses/Dependents
This award is available to U.S. undergraduate students who are children, spouses and financial dependents of members of the armed forces of the United States or state organized militia who, at any time on or after Aug. 2, 1990, while New York State residents, died or became severely and permanently disabled while engaged in hostilities or training for hostilities. Students must be attending or planning to attend an eligible postsecondary institution in New York.
