Academics here are amazing. All my professors know their students by their first name. Due to the small teacher/student ratio, classes are very interactive and comfortable. Students are encouraged to ask questions and share their opinions. Students are quite studious, studying at least a couple hours a day, weather in the library or at the coffee shop. The most unique class I have taken so far was titled Literature & Human Experience: Asian American Literature. I learned so much about the Asian culture here in the United States. I feel as my horizon has expanded widely.
