Here's your chance: Say anything about your college!

Alex

I LOVE IT HERE!

Danielle

Smith is great for what it is, but people from outside certainly have critique for it. I think it is the best opprotunity, and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Katherine

Comstock House!

Jenn

Smith is best describe by, "work hard, play hard", from the English department shirts a few years back.

Cameron

Carol Christ rocks!!!!

Sarah

Smith is super awesome.

Dylan

I'm from Parson Complex and I love my house!!

Meredith

Smith is going through a lot of changes right now but the students are actively trying to hold on to the institution that they love and the reasons why they came to Smith in the first place. It is a beautiful and unique place to spend four years (or 3 years because nearly half of the Junior class studies abroad). Smith offers an excellent support system.

Sarah

If you are a straight woman looking to come to college, find a boyfriend and get your typical college experience...don't come to Smith. Although I love this school and my four years here, I had to take personal time because this place can get so stressful. But this is usually remedied by spending your junior year abroad or taking some time off. In addition, be aware of the awful administration we have. Student voices are NOT listened to here. The is a complete lack of transparency between the President of the college and the student body. If I could change anything about Smith it would be that.

Chris

I am in TYLER HOUSE. :) Life at Smith really changes depending on what house you are in, but this is something you can change throughout your time at Smith until you find the right fit!

Ryan

My experiences at Smith have made me extremely cynical. Depending on what kind of person is interested in hearing about Smith, I will tell them different things. I believe Smith is a great environment for women who have low self-esteem in both social and academic environments as Smith's learning environment can help them to build in these areas. However, the stress culture and various other factors that a prospective student cannot discern from a visit, etc. should be taken into consideration. I live in Gardiner House.

Lauren

I'm in GARDINER HOUSE!

Andy

I love Smith to death and I just want to say that all women should consider a women's college, even if they don't think it appeals to them. Also, I live in Parsons house, so count me in for the survey! Go Parsons!

Miranda

This survey is for Tyler House!

Sarah

Smith is an all around great place to be, but if you're looking for an easy party school or a place to meet cute Ivy League boys, this is not the place for you.

Stephanie

Nope! I love smith.

Andy

Smith is completely underrated by all means. It is the most amazing school and the best opportunity any woman could ask for. If you want to go husband shopping, then Smith is not the school for you. If you want an amazing education with every opportunity you ever wanted provided specifically for you, with all the resources in the world you could ever ask for, and the most supportive people in the world rooting for you to succeed, then this is the place to be. This school will help you achieve anything you want to, and help you get to where you want to go in life.

Christine

Tyler needs to have more MEAT its the athletes house for late dining.

Ellen

SMITH IS AWESOME!

Reese

Smith sucks. They take your money and then refuse to help you when you have questions. The houses are falling apart and the food plan (which they force you to buy-- the entire thing, every meal; every day) is disgusting. You will go days with out getting any protein and most of the food is fried. You can tell what they served last week, because in all likelyhood they will still be serving it today (in one form or another.. including pasta sandwiches.. yes, you heard me. and they are disgusting.) Smith may be the biggest disappointment I have ever encountered.

Harper

Take advantage of smith's study abroad program. While I love smith, it's good to take a break from it at some point and see what other schools in other countries are like.

Emily

SMITH IS AMAZING. I would go here all over again if I could.
