Decide on your degree and stick to it. I have kept changing my degree but keep going back to some form of law. So instead of boucing around the degrees stick with one. Sit down and figure out what you want to do and go for it. Second bit of advice don't take a year off. Start at college right away and live on campus instead of living at home. Get a chance to get the full college experience. Make college important not boys. Enjoy life and live it to the fullest. And when you meet Ted, he will help you fulfill your dreams and you guys will happily marry and stay married. He will support you in your college choices and help you choose which is the best. So if you can't decide than wait and when you do get married listen to what he says.
