I love my community college. Great price, has super helpful professors, is close to home and there are often fun things you can find to do on campus. The ASB works hard to provide interesting and fun things to participate in. From free food trucks to movie nights to random crafts, it truly makes college more exciting. I also appreciate how many people are focused on learning and getting to their next step.
It is an excellent place to learn because my primary goal for going to school is to acquire necessary knowledge that will help me to best serve humanity, and Spokane Community College is the place for me. There is also a lot of scholarship opportunities available for all students.
My opinion on Spokane Community College is great. I love my teachers, they keep me wanting to come back everyday and try a bit harder. Every one is very respectful and approachable, if anyone has an issue there is always someone nearby to help out. The teachers really care about their professionalism and it rubs off on all the students.
Spokane community college is an amazing school for the trades. the professors and instructors are always available and will answer questions even if you aren't in their class. the classrooms are about 20-30 students which allows for help from the professors. the professors are also very knowledgeable about what they're teaching. overall I'd say Spokane community college is worth looking into and trying out even if you arent interested.

I would tell my former self to make sure I allot enough time for myself as well as my school work. I'd tell myself not to be afraid of the social anxiety I may feel and that the best of times are ahead of me.
My classmates are highly intelligent, motivated people that tolerate the stresses of being a student with a calm demeanor; I've made a few great friends from my participating in classroom activities.
i think that the best thing at my school is my economics class. Its very hard class the teacher really pushes us like we are all sophmores in a 4 year college. This will help me in the future when i head off to a university. iwill know what im getting myself into instead of going and getting hammered by all of the work.
The parking is now the top issue, and room in the classrooms are limited, yet they will overfill the class. Time with instructor is limited for questions.
My school was low key but offered a great education, it was easy to get one on one contact with the teacher when you had a total of 88 people that you graduated with.
well its a community college. its for people that dont have much money or want a cheaper way than going straight to a 4 year school. so i think everyone is able to attend here and they should attend college.
i wish i had know that you needed to put every onuce of your life into school and everything you do for school.
Anyone who is interested in pursuing further education. Community College can be a starting or finishing point and is much easier on the pocketbook than a University.
Its culinary program. Our culinary department has won several competitions and their restaurant is highly rated and students and faculty alike eat from the bakery and restaurant regularly.

At the beginning of the quarter, students wait for finanical aid checks so they may have money to buy books. Well, the checks are handed out on the first day of class and since the majority of the students receive their checks that day, the lines for the book store is long too. It takes about two to three hours of waiting in line for the students buy the three books they need. The school advises us to buy earlier so we do not have to wait in line, but all our financial aid checks arrive on the same day.
I brag most about the major that I am completing. My major is Aviation Maintenance Technician and everyone whom I talk to thinks that is a really cool major, which i think it is as well. I also brag about the aviations part of the campus. Our classroom/hangar is right on Felts Field Airport, which is pretty cool that the college could get that.
